Learning to mill flour is easy, but learning to incorporate it into recipes can offer a bit more of a challenge so we often get asked if we offer cookbooks or classes.
I hope to eventually offer gluten free milling/baking classes, but I don’t yet have them in place at this time.
We do have a dear friend who will do wheat milling and baking classes, however, so contact me if you are interested!
